When you tap "Text my request" or "Email instead", your own messaging or email app opens with a message already written. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it.
When you call, text or email us. We receive the information you share, such as your name, phone number, email address, address and details about your home and the service you want.
When you browse the site. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.
